CommSPEED is not living up to their promises. I rarely get the speed promised. In fact, it is 1/2 to 2/3 what it is supposed to be. (Yes, I run tests all the time.) I constantly call tech service and they tell me it is "the time of day that more people are using it," (no matter what time I call) "maybe it is YOUR computer," (I have a service that keeps me running at optimal rates) "maybe it is your router," (I disconnected it)Hmmm.... still not working well. I keep a dial-up service so I have something when their service doesn't work. Pretty good value, huh? I have a friend in a city 80 miles away that is having the same problems. Ya think it is still MY problem?? Be very careful here. I am seriously considering changing because they will not take responsibility and provide what I am paying for.
